Online Store Returns

At HipSway, we are all about customer satisfaction. We want to make sure you have a chance to try on your new item and are satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer FREE RETURNS for 14 days after the original ship date of your purchase.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. If returning because you want another size, please place a new order for your exchange items. Due to turnaround time we cannot refund you for the items you are returning until we receive them, so placing an order for the new items guarantees you get the correct size.

  2. Complete the return form below with the information from your order to get a free return shipping label. Once we receive your return request, our team will send you a printable return label.

  3. Once we receive and process your return, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the original ship date.

  • Items purchased on the website can also be returned in store within 14 days of the original ship date.

  • Items must have all original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, buttons, etc.)

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition.

  • If applicable, shoes must be returned with their original shoebox.

  • You must have your receipt if you purchased in store.

  • NO RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS.

  • ALL ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, PURSES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.

  • We inspect all merchandise before we send it out, but we're human and mistakes happen. If your item is defective please email us at returns@shophipsway.com and we will work with you to replace your item.

  • We inspect all returns and exchanges and reserve the right to deny a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and/or a 15-30% restocking fee.
